PIZZA FLOUR MIX

This Pizza Base is salvation for those who are really missing pizza during their Tisanoreica2® Diet. It is quick and easy to prepare.  You can make it thin and light or thicker and softer, as you like. You can add vegetables to taste, or prepare it like a focaccia: a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, a few sprigs of rosemary. For spice lovers we also recommend adding garlic or chilli oil.

During the Tisanoreica2® diet program (1 sachet = 1 PAT).

Use 1 sachet per day. Add 50 ml of water to a sachet and knead by hand. Place the dough on baking paper or a non-stick tray and spread out a layer about 15 cm in diameter. Garnish and cook for 15 minutes in the oven at 180°C. Consume soon after preparation.

Baill.), frangula bark dry extract (Rhamnus frangula L.), salt, stabilisers: sodium triphosphate and sodium hydrogen carbonate, flavouring, anti-caking agent: magnesium carbonate, encapsulated freeze-dried melon juice (Cucumis melo L.) (maltodextrin, freeze-dried melon juice, coating agent: gum shellac).
